1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period will expire:
- For goods: 14 days from the day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the goods
- For multiple deliveries: 14 days from receipt of the final item

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs

We may withhold reimbursement until:
- We have received the returned goods, or
- You provide proof of return shipment
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Digital content once performance has begun (with your prior consent and acknowledgment)

- This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (B2C), not business purchases
